“The circus is the most beautiful and largest playground in the world,” says Sergio Schmidt, who runs Circus Corona in Memmelsdorf with his wife Janine Köllner. More than 20 children are romping around between the tents and warming up for the big final performance on Friday afternoon, which will be attended by parents, grandparents, siblings and other relatives and friends.
