Participants gathered at the entrance of Chow Tai Fook, K11, Mody Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, at 2:30 pm on the same day, took a tour bus to the “Royal Banquet Hall” of Dorsett Hotel in Tsuen Wan, and participated in the dim sum making workshop taught by Master Chen, who has 40 years of experience in making dim sum. , the process is simple and easy to understand, even children can make birthday peach buns by themselves, and they can also taste the freshly made, home-made creations. After the workshop, a group of people will enjoy a Temple Street-style meal at the “Di Xuan Banquet Hall”.
