According to the “Automatic Zonal Weather Forecast for Hong Kong and the Pearl River Delta Region” of the Hong Kong Observatory, it is predicted that in the early morning of the 22nd and 23rd, the temperature in the North District will be only 8 degrees and that in Ta Kwu Ling will be only 6 degrees.
The Observatory said that a dry replenishment of the winter monsoon will arrive along the South China coast tomorrow (19th), and the weather in the area will improve.
