Hora de Correr, from Fitness+, wins an episode in Rio de Janeiro

O Apple Fitness+ has an audio calling experience Time to runwhich was created in order to provide users with inspirational tips from popular instructors, motivational music and photos of landscapes along the way where the race takes place.

Each episode features a popular route through an iconic location, and #50 highlights the Rio de Janeiro — precisely at the most festive time of the year in Brazil, Carnival. The trainer leading the session is Sam Sanchez.

Rio de Janeiro has some of the best parties in the world and invites you to celebrate! Inspired by lively music culture and Carnival parties, this progression race makes you gradually increase the speed. Get up to speed with Sam’s high-spirited workout and Latin and Brazilian grooves that get livelier throughout your workout. The last song’s samba beats add extra motivation in the full-intensity stage. The route passes along a beautiful boardwalk by the sea and iconic beaches such as Ipanema and Copacabana.

As usual, the company also made available to Apple Music subscribers a special playlist for this episode.

Runners of all levels can use Time to Run, and all episodes are available in the Workout app. All you need is an iPhone or Apple Watch and an active Fitness+ subscription.
