Hospital absenteeism: covid does not explain everything

As we see the end of the tunnel, hospital staff are still under pressure. This is what the authorities have been repeating for months. Last week, the Neuchâtel Hospital Network (RHNe) was forced to reduce its activity due to absenteeism up 30%, between the sick, quarantines and childcare workers. The establishment sounded the alarm bell, explaining that it would have to find more than 40 replacements each day. So what is really the absenteeism of nursing staff in French-speaking Switzerland?
