The National Institute for the Defense of Competition and the Protection of Intellectual Property (Indecopi) announced that on Thursday, March 24, it will hold its first auction of the year, in which 30 goods seized from individuals or companies for non-payment of sanctions will be auctioned.
Among the properties to be auctioned are: houses, apartments, parking lots and land, which are located in the districts of Santiago de Surco, Pueblo Libre, Chorrillos, San Isidro, Cercado de Lima, Jesús María, La Molina, San Juan de Miraflores. , Callao, Carabayllo, Miraflores, among others.

According to Indecopi, those interested can find apartments from S/ 289,000 in La Molina; a parking lot from S/ 55,000 in San Isidro, among others.

How to take part?
If you wish to be a bidder, you must go to the main office of Indecopi, located at Av. Del Aire No. 384 (height of block 15 of Av. Canada), San Borja, at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time (8:40 a.m. ) for the auction in which you wish to participate.
- To participate in the auction you must have 10% of the appraised value of the property that interests you.
- You must present yourself with the appraisal by means of a certified check or cashier’s check payable to Indecopi and you must also bring your DNI.
