The Social Housing and Real Estate Finance Support Fund decided to reopen the reservation door for the few remaining units in the “Housing of All Egyptians 4” advertisement and not to wait to put it in an upcoming advertisement, tomorrow, Sunday, May 7, 2023, starting from 5 pm until 12 midnight, for a period of 7 hours only.
This is for the clients applying for the advertisement who have paid the deposit of the seriousness of the reservation and registered on the fund’s electronic portal and have not been able to reserve housing units to date, and citizens who have reserved a housing unit within the advertisement or during the period of extending the reservation of units will not be allowed to cancel the reservation during this period.
Mai Abdel Hamid, CEO of the Social Housing and Real Estate Finance Support Fund, explained that the current offering is the first advertisement of its kind that adopts the sale prices of housing units at the free price, which opened the door for various groups to obtain a housing unit.
She pointed out that this turnout was evident in the number of units that were booked, as 387 housing units were booked in Hurghada, 148 housing units in (Badari), 8 housing units in Safaga, 7 housing units in Shata, 12 housing units in Zarqa, and 30 housing units. A housing unit in Damanhour, 150 housing units in Zagazig Center, 35 housing units in Bayad Al Arab Center, and 100 housing units in New Cairo.
And she added that the remaining units are as follows: one housing unit in New Cairo, 4 housing units in Safaga, 13 housing units in Hurghada, 17 housing units in Shata, 25 housing units in Zarqa, 17 housing units in Damanhour, and 50 housing units in Zagazig. And 773 housing units in the city of Bayad al-Ard and 10 housing units in Hurghada (Al-Badari), and citizens can view the codes for the remaining units through the fund’s website. https://shmff.gov.eg/.
