Dr. Assem Al-Jazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, announced the offering of various residential plots between (medium housing, “land axis” – distinguished housing – more distinguished housing) with a number of 3,677 plots of land in 10 new cities.
The Minister of Housing added that the allocation with the priority system (online) through the reservation website of the Housing and Development Bank via the link www.hdb-reservation.com, pointing out that the terms of the offering, the method of reservation, locations, spaces, prices and payment method will be available on the website from today. Next Sunday, corresponding to 06/19/2022.
Eng. Hatem Mahmoud Hassan, Vice-President of the New Urban Communities Authority for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs, explained that 1,760 plots of medium housing “land axis” were offered in cities (New Minya – New Sohag – New Qena – New Fayoum – New Akhmim – New Assiut – New Beni Suef).
He said: Plots of prime housing were offered, with a number of 1,740 plots of land in the cities of (New Minya – New Qena – New Sohag – New Assiut – New Nasser “West Assiut” – New Tiba – New Fayoum – New Akhmim).
The Vice-President of the Authority indicated that the most distinguished housing plots of 177 plots were offered in the cities of (New Aswan – New Sohag – New Beni Suef – New Assiut – New Minya).
