How did a Saudi “Tik Toker” respond to a follower who asked him not to describe his grandmother as Besty! • Observatory Newspaper

Al-Marsad Newspaper: A content creator on TikTok named Muhannad Salameh responded to a follower who questioned his Saudi nationality because he described his grandmother as Basti.

Salama said in a video of her through his TikTok account: This follower asked him regarding his nationality, saying: I do not know whether you are Saudi or not, but if you are Saudi, do not say my city because it is a non-Saudi word, but rather say my grandmother or my aunt.

Muhannad expressed his mockery of this follower, repeating, “I mean my mother’s mother, I call her my aunt,” saying: “I have taken a vow to myself not to respond to negative comments, neither video nor writing.”

And he added: It is impossible that you want to teach me how to call my city, and I will add to your poetry the house of my father’s mother. All people call her my grandmother.
