Wall Street extended rebound driven by positive balance sheets
The main stock indices Wall Street prices rise this Wednesday, December 21, after Nike presented optimistic results, while investors were reassured by data that showed an improvement in consumer confidence and a drop in inflation expectations.
During the day, the Dow Jones Industrial Average advanced 1.6%, to 33,376.48 units; the S&P 500 index improved 1.5% to 3,878.44 units; and the Nasdaq Composite gained 1.6% to 10,709.37 units.
