Kuwait City > The Kuwait Criminal Investigation Department announced that two Asians who came to Kuwait following changing their fingerprints through plastic surgery were arrested. Both were previously deported from Kuwait following being caught in crimes. Now they have entered the country by doing plastic surgery and changing their fingerprints. But they were identified by the security forces in the biometric verification system implemented in Kuwait. Maidan Hawalli Crime Investigation Department arrested both of them.
