How to apply for the immigrant visa for the United States?

The immigrant visa It is granted to foreign citizens whose purpose is to live permanently in the USA.

How to apply for an immigrant visa?

Please note that to apply for an immigrant visa, the foreign national generally must be sponsored by a United States citizen, lawful permanent resident, or prospective US employer.

The request must be made by the sponsor on behalf of the foreign citizen with the United States Citizenship and Immigration ServicesUSCIS.

Once the USCIS approve your request, you will receive a notification indicating that your request has been forwarded to National Visa Center, NVC, with whom you should complete the process.
