O Threads, Instagram’s answer to X (formerly Twitter), is certainly not as popular as Elon Musk’s network. Even so, it can be a good alternative for those who want something new.
One of the main complaints from users is that their publications appeared as suggestions within other Meta apps — more precisely, Facebook and Instagram.
However, this has now been fully resolved. See how to disable these suggestions! ????
In the Threads app for iPhone, tap the icon represented by a doll (in the bottom right corner) and the one with two lines (in the top right corner).
Then go to Privacy » Suggest posts in other apps and uncheck “Instagram” and/or “Facebook” so that your posts do not appear as suggestions for other users on these networks.
Simple, isn’t it? ????
