The application Casa (Home) It is now available not only on iPhone/iPad, but also on Mac and Apple Watch. Through it, you can control all smart accessories that are compatible with the HomeKit protocol, of course.
To make life easier for those who share their home with other people, Apple allows you to add a note to it. This way, it is possible to put a special note or a message regarding a specific accessory (like a backup password) or something like that.

No iPhone/iPad
Open the Home app, tap the three dots (in the top right corner) and go to “Home Settings”. Then scroll to the “House Notes” section and write whatever you want.
Remember that notes will be shared with all users who are configured to have access to your home. Tap “OK” to finish.
No Mac
With the Home app open, click on the three dots (in the top right corner) and go to “Home Settings”. Then, add the desired annotation in the dedicated field and click “OK” to finish.
Note that you can’t do this in the watchOS Home app — at least for now.
