On this occasion, I am sharing my favorite recipe to prepare the Spanish omelette with only four basic ingredients that you surely have in the cupboard or refrigerator. You can prepare it at any time of the day and enjoy it as you see fit.
Ingredients for the Spanish omelette:
- 18 eggs
- 210 g potato chips
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- Sufficient amount of salt
Preparation for the omelette:
1)Put a tablespoon of olive oil in a pan to heat.
2)Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the potato chips without breaking them. Let stand 2 minutes. Put a pinch of salt.
3)Add the mixture to the pan and stir with the help of a spatula.
4) After 40 seconds, turn the tortilla over. Add another tablespoon of oil, and cook the tortilla again on the other side, which will finish in another 20 seconds.
5)Return the whole tortilla on a plate.
They are served whole or portioned into wedges.
