Ingredients:
– 220 g of flour 0000
– 150 g cold butter
– 120 g Parmesan cheese
– 2 egg yolks
– 3/4 tablespoons of cold water to bind
– extra flour for dusting
– 1/2 teaspoon of salt
– little seeds (optional)
Preparation
Put the flour on the table, add salt. Sandblast with the cold butter, add the cheese, the yolks, the water and mix. Form a bun, stretch and cut. Pine on a plate and take to the preheated oven at 180°C for 12/15 minutes until golden.
