How to report Nauta interruption without leaving home? 2024-04-12 08:07:22

The only Telecommunications company in Cuba (ETECSA) reminded this week how to report the interruption of services, such as Nauta Hogar or the telephone service itself, without leaving home and without going to an office.

According to a report on the Telegram channel, if you need to report the interruption of your phone or Nauta, you can do so through the website or mobile application. They explain that on the main screen of the apk select Home Services. Go to Report Interruptions. Choose the service that presents difficulty (Fixed or Home Nautical).

Then you must fill in the requested information (in the case of the fixed service you can report someone else’s). Mark the difficulty that the service presents and you will receive a notification of the report made.

They also promoted this payment method for Nauta in Cuba. They offer an alternative to pay for Nauta Hogar without leaving home: the Transfermóvil application. But how to do it?

First, download the Transfermóvil application from Register in the application with your phone number and create a password. Associate your bank card to the application. Open Transfermóvil and select the Pay option. Look for the Nauta Hogar option. Enter your Nauta Hogar contract number. Check the amount to pay. Accept the payment and that’s it.

Changes were also implemented in the Nauta platform in Cuba. In the coming days, ETECSA brings you news on its web portal. Enjoy a more modern and easy-to-use interface, with greater security for your data and new services that will surprise you, according to them.

They detail that “very soon the site www.portal.nauta.cu used by our clients to consult, transfer and recharge their nauta accounts will stop providing service and only the nauta user portal www.nauta.cu will be able to be used.”

If you are still using the old portal, this information is essential for you, so adjust everything so you don’t get a shock later.
