The reshared video remains the same — you cannot add a comment to it, unlike what is done on X. Another difference: on X, retweets appear directly on your profile, which is not the case on TikTok. How to make a TikTok repost?
To republish a video, nothing could be simpler.
Open your TikTok app on your phone, and select the video you want to repost. This could be a video you saw on your “for you” page (the for you page), or in your feed ” friends “. Where to find the “Repost” button on TikTok?
The “Republish” button is not necessarily easy to find. You have to go to the TikTok application, in the “Share” menu, symbolized by an arrow to the right, at the very bottom of the screen when watching a video.
Once you click on the arrow, a menu opens, which offers several sharing options. The yellow “Republish” button is located on the second line, in the first position on the left. You have to click on him.
How to delete a reposted video on TikTok?

It is possible to delete the republication of a video. To do this, you must go to the page of the video that you have republished — either by going up your feed, or by returning directly to the profile of the account that shared the video.
