The General Secretariat of the Committees for Reviewing Real Estate Ownership Applications (Ihkam) of the General Authority for State Real Estate called on citizens who were contacted via text messages to review the notes and amend the requirements on real estate ownership applications, within a maximum period of 15 days from the date of receiving the message.
Ihkam stressed the importance of reviewing the note and amending the required requirements from the applications page for applicants on the Ihkam electronic platform, in preparation for completing the application procedures.
And the Municipality closed the door to receiving applications for real estate ownership on the fifth of Jumada Al-Awwal of the current year 1444 AH, two years after opening the electronic platform to allow citizens to apply for real estate and lands that they possess and on which they do not own legal deeds, while continuing to apply for applications for formal amendment of deeds.
