Some time ago, we showed here that the TikTok was implementing a feature that allowed you to save the songs listened to within the platform on your favorite streaming service — such as Apple Music and Spotify, for example.
This makes life easier for anyone who wants to save a song they liked in a video that was on the platform’s “For You” feed.
See how to use this in practice! ????
With the TikTok app open in the “For you” tab, tap “Add song” at the bottom of the screen and choose the streaming service where you want to add it. Currently, four of them are supported:
- Apple Music
- Amazon Music
- Spotify
- TikTok Music
You can also do this by tapping on the song name and going to “Add. music app”.
Regarding synchronizing TikTok with your music streaming account, you can still do this by tapping the “Profile” tab, then going to the three dots (in the top right corner) and “Settings and privacy”.
Then go to Music » Save not music app and choose the one you want.
