OPEKEPE continues its modernization initiatives with an eye on the future and harmonizing with modern requirements, launched a new application to assist in submitting complaints on issues related to the jurisdiction of the Payments Organization.
Any citizen, private individual or representative of a Legal Entity can now enter the electronic platform and submit an anonymous or named complaint, which may concern an Individual or Business, Employee or Service of OPEKEPE.
The process is simple and only requires short completion of certain fields in order for the complaint to be actionable. In addition, it is possible to attach electronic files as proof of the complaints.
At the same time, the complainant has the possibility to submit a complaint in other ways using e-mail, post office, etc.
However, due to the modern system and the immediate filing, the Organization considers the submission of complaints through the new electronic platform to be an appropriate and more effective way.
