Agents of the Investigative Police of the FGJEM admitted the investigated to the Penitentiary and Social Reintegration Center of Tlalnepantlawhere he was left at the disposal of a Control Judge, who in the next few hours will determine his legal situation.

“According to the inquiries carried out by this Institution, on the night of April 2, the minor was in the aforementioned party room, who, according to what was declared by witnesses to the events, was attacked by Mauricio “N” , who worked as a security element of said property, later, the victim was transferred to a hospital to receive medical attention; however, he died upon arrival at the hospital, ”he indicated in an information card.

Until a moment ago, Maureen Amaro Fernández, the minor’s mother, said: “At 9 at night we left and at 12 at night with a warm head and a cold heart, we are going to decide what to do,” said the mother of family before a large group of young friends of Hugo.

From the morning of April 5, family and friends of Hugo began a North Peripheral blockadein the vicinity of Naucalli Park, which they maintained for more than 10 hours, to demand justice for the murder of the minor.

What happened at the underground party?

On April 2nd, Hugo Carbajal went together with some friends to a party in Jilotzingoin a room called “Empire”, where according to witnesses, there was a cover of 100 pesos to enter the clandestine event.

Witnesses have also reported that at the event, the 15-year-old began to run and apparently play without control, for which an employee or organizer of the place tried to remove him from the site; however, Hugo managed to slip away, so the subject would have broken a bottle on his head and stung his neck; which would have caused his death.

While Hugo was bleeding, several of the young people who went to the party at a ranch in Jilotzingo captured the events on video, while waiting for the arrival of an ambulance to assist the young man.

During the early hours of April 3, when Hugo arrived on a stretcher at the “Salvador González Herrejón” Hospital of the State of Mexico Health Institute (ISEM), the doctors who treated him confirmed that he had died as a result of the injuries he had. .
