Human ancestors felt spring fever after intense cold period – archeology

Sex is one of the few behaviors that we can infer from our ancestors’ DNA. New methods tell us that thousands of years ago there was an exchange between human populations of modern Homo sapiens, Neanderthals and Denisovans. The genome of the latter two extinct types can also be detected in people living today. But research is also progressing in terms of primeval climate data and models, trying to draw conclusions regarding how environmental conditions influenced human evolution and migration.
