Budapest/Brussels – Hungarian President Katalin Novák, who is under strong pressure, has canceled her trip abroad in Qatar because of the Hungarian pedophilia scandal. The online portal “24.hu” reported this on Saturday. In the midst of the scandal over her pardon for a man convicted of being an accomplice in a criminal case for child abuse, Novák traveled to the emirate to watch a game of the Hungarian team in Doha as part of the water polo World Cup.
