Emirati artist Hussein Al Jasmi presented a song in Turkish for the first time in his artistic career, as he posted a video clip of it on his YouTube channel on February 14.
Al Jasmi appeared in the video singing the song “Hersey seni hatirlatiyor”, meaning “Everything reminds me of you”, while he was sitting playing its tunes on the piano. The video also included many clips from the UAE and Turkey.
This song came as a gift from the people of the Emirates to the people of Turkey, in conjunction with the warm reception received by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, upon his arrival in the UAE capital Abu Dhabi, in a visit considered the first of its kind in years.
