Brazilian gamers looking for a headset to play now have one more option in the national market. It is the HyperX Cloud Stinger 2, which has spatial audio as one of its main features and seeks to be a cost-effective product.
The new model of the HyperX headset line had already been presented in September last year and now officially arrives in our market. The accessory promises a more dynamic gaming experience with DTS Headphone:X technology.
HyperX Cloud Stinger 2’s internal drivers are 50 mm and the frequency response is between 10 Hz and 28 KHz. The brand promises superior sound quality, and it is even possible to perceive the opponent’s movements in more detail.
According to HyperX, the user will have greater comfort and versatility with the Cloud Stinger 2 because the structural characteristics of the product have the ability to rotate the shells at 90 degrees, allowing them to be placed on the player’s shoulders.
The ear cushions, on the other hand, have viscoelastic foam with memory and are made with synthetic leather that promises to deliver more resistance and insulation. The boom mic has a swivel mechanism to mute it in seconds.
Still according to the manufacturer, there is support for noise cancellation for calls and the headset works only with cable, being possible to use two P2 ports to separate audio and microphone. The design follows the HyperX standard and its weight is 275 grams.

Finally, HyperX Cloud Stinger 2 is now available at partner retailers for R$ 370. The product should also enter the brand’s official website catalog soon.
