ESG stands for Environmental, Social, and Governance, and ESG has recently emerged as a major criterion for investment decision-making in the capital market. The Korea ESG Standards Institute (KCGS)’s ESG evaluation is Korea’s representative ESG evaluation that evaluates the level of sustainable management of domestic listed companies and financial companies since 2011.
In particular, Hyundai Motor Securities obtained an ‘A+’ grade in the society (S) area that evaluates information protection, customer satisfaction, and working environment, and a ‘B+’ grade in the environment (E) and governance (G) areas, respectively. did.
