The Egyptian player in the Dutch Utrecht U-17 club, Amir Saleh, believes that if the national team coach calls him to join his team, he will not regret his decision.

Yalakoura had an interview with Amir Saleh, the talent of the Dutch Utrecht club under 17 years, as part of a series that we have been publishing since 2019 under the name “I am Egyptian” about young Egyptian players abroad to get to know them closely and draw attention to them before joining the ranks of the national teams in which they reside.

But the injury of the main player made Amir participate immediately after joining the team and receive praise from his technical staff to become the main player in his team and turn his life to more professionalism: “He lost many things, unlike his age, so he wakes up at 5:30 in the morning and returns at nine in the evening.”

The player, who was initially training with his father at his club’s stadium facing his home, has been riding more than a continuation to reach his club, Utrecht, who rose before the last international break to play for the U-17 team: “Amir played 11 matches with his team this season, he scored 11 goals and made 17 for his teammates. Emir, whose Egyptian nationality, has both Dutch and Moroccan nationalities, since his mother is Moroccan, but he does not care about anything during the current period except for development and playing at higher levels; He hopes to play in the English Premier League in the future and the World Cup with the Egyptian national team.
