“He drove this boat too fast and hit the railing of the other. When I was picked up, I did not see my sister. I shouted and someone said she must be in the other boats“, said Ms. T.

When the boat arrived at the border between Dong Nai province and Ho Chi Minh City, it collided with a barge. The impact caused the boat to sink. Authorities rushed to carry out rescue work and brought 12 people ashore, but one woman died.
