I know the requirements for registration

The Official Gazette of the Province, issued today, also details the requirements that students must meet in order to access a scholarship:

  • Being a native or naturalized Argentine.
  • Have four years of immediate residence in the province of Salta.
  • Have an address at a distance greater than 50 kilometers from the UNSa headquarters where the race is held.
  • Prove that the beneficiary and his family group are not in a position to face the expenses that the race entails.
  • Comply with the academic requirements established by the Application Authority.

For its part, the Application Authority must annually set the amount of the scholarships, which may not be less than 40% of the Minimum Vital and Mobile Wage, with the possibility of increasing it as they progress in the career.

Likewise, the Enforcement Authority must carry out a control over the student’s performance, with the possibility of withdrawing the benefit in case of non-compliance.

Finally, it was reported that the expenses required by compliance with this Law will be charged to the corresponding items of the General Budget of the Province.
