Hussein Habib, the father of the artist Hossam Habib, the husband of the singer Sherine Abdel Wahhab, responded to the criticism he was subjected to, after he stated that he believes that his son’s wife deserves the title “The Voice of Egypt”, before retracting and confirming that none of today’s male and female singers deserves the title.
Hussein wrote on his Facebook account: “And the people who said that I was arrested by Sherine because I said she was the voice of Egypt. She said to him, “It’s a shame to take your father’s money, work, and suffice yourself.”
