During the massage, the beautician is very attentive, she asks several times if the force used is appropriate (whether it is too strong or not enough). We are told the care as painless but it is not insensitive either (you can ask to decrease the strength if it is not suitable). She also explains to us that it is not not a miracle cure (you get nothing for nothing), you have to combine the care with a good nutrition and sports (eh yes…). Moreover, she advises to schedule your sports session the day after the session to maximize the effects.
It is also necessary drink a lot after the treatment (more than usual, even if you drink a lot), at the risk of having a headache. I’m not a stubborn person (it’s not true) but since I drink a lot, I didn’t try harder than usual. Which I regretted because I actually had a headache… so listen to the lady and drink.
We are promised an effect from the first session and thereupon I must say that it is true. I was quite positively surprised by the diminished effect of the orange peel skin but, as I had been warned, it doesn’t stay if the sessions are not maintained. And indeed, a few days later (despite my sports session – what an effort!), the effect diminished until it disappeared. The beautician advises about ten sessions at the rate of one per week to have a long-term effect (which must then be maintained with one session per month).
And price level, we are not on an unpayable care but if we want to do all of the “therapy” as it should, it is not free. Depending on the fairs (each can adapt its price with a minimum), you will pay between 80 and 100 euros per sessionwith possibility of package.
For those who can afford it, go for it (and tell us if after 10 sessions, the effect is maintained).
