Identity theft, blackmail and artificial intelligence: cyber weapons are improving

Some 120 arrests and the mobilization of the FBI, Europol and even Dutch law enforcement… Major resources were deployed to close the Genesis Market site, a market place that allowed computer hackers to recover identifiers to – among other things – use in the bank accounts of their victims. Identity theft is still legion, as are ransom demands. Europe is preparing its response.
