“I’m ashamed and sorry”… Russians burning passports

Anti-war protests calling for an end to the war are spreading like wildfire not only in Europe but around the world.

The Russians who participated in the protest burned their passports and appealed to stop the war, saying, ‘I am ashamed and sorry that I am Russian’.

From a woman who took her young daughter to a protest with her Ukrainian friend, to a man giving a free hug at a protest.

Russians from all over the world took to the streets carrying signs saying “I’m Russian. I’m sorry”, burned passports saying they were ashamed of their country, and urged the war to stop.

Thousands of protesters have already been arrested, but the anti-war protests in Russia are still on the rise.

“People are dying and suffering. Destroyed everywhere. Who will turn their lives back on and heal their aching hearts?”

The Russian boycott is also spreading in all directions.

Following Disney, Sony Pictures and Warner Bros. also decided not to release movies in Russia, and Apple and Nike stopped selling their products in Russia altogether.

Volvo and GM also stopped exporting cars, and the world’s first and second largest shipping companies stopped shipping cargo.
