Last June, the singer announced that she would take a break from the stage to take care of her mental health. On the other hand, it circulated that she would have been scammed by those who represented her and that this generated a post-traumatic stress situation.
“When I went through everything I went through at work, I started having panic attacks. I spent three nights without sleep, ”she recounted now, in dialogue with Cut by Lozano. In addition, he revealed that she “couldn’t go to places with a lot of people either”: “I deal as best I can with all this.”
“I want to be better and be able to navigate things better and I want my destiny to be another,” he expressed and explained: “I’m trying to get the tools… I’m taking painkillers, everything, it’s hard for me to modulate sometimes, sometimes I go to a place and I fell asleep.
At that point, unable to hold back her tears, she said, “Sorry, I’m crying a lot…it was a very difficult year and I’m doing the best I can and sometimes I don’t know who to trust.”
“I want to sing, I want to be with my friends again. I feel that in a year my life collapsed and I am rebuilding it however I can,” said La Joaqui.
Finally, she clarified why she now decided to open up on the matter: “I don’t give notes, but I asked to come talk to you because I was tired of being judged for being tired.”
