Andav Congress will discuss the challenges of the image of agribusiness
The main topics related to the Distribution of Agricultural Inputs will be debated at the Congress Plenary, whose central theme is “Brazilian Agroeconomy: image of agribusiness and a look to the future”
The Brazilian agro has been fundamental for Brazil, by generating jobs, income and social and economic development in several regions and for local communities. However, the sector constantly faces reputation and image challenges, which distort the reality of rural producers, agribusinesses and other actors in the Production Chain.
Transversal analyzes on agriculture
To overcome these issues, the sector has implemented projects that portray the day-to-day of those who work in the national agro. These initiatives will be presented on the panel Communication, Education and Society: cross-sectional analyzes on Agro, during the Andav 2023 Congress, organized by the National Association of Agricultural and Veterinary Input Distributors (Andav), organized by Zest Eventos, on the third day of the Plenary , August 10, at the Transamérica Expo Center, in São Paulo.
Moderated by journalist Lilian Munhoz, the panel will have the participation of Cassiano Ribeiro, editorial director of Globo Rural and Valor; Letícia Jacintho, president of De Olho No Escolar Material (DONME); Marcos Amazonas, CEO of Connect Entertainment and Education; Mônika Bergamaschi, President of the Board of the Brazilian Agribusiness Association of the Ribeirão Preto Region (ABAG-RP); and Ricardo Nicodemos, president of the Brazilian Association of Rural and Agro Marketing (ABMRA).
They will also assess how these projects in communication, education and interactions with different social audiences have been spreading the sector’s contributions to the country’s development and, consequently, contributing to an even more positive image of the sector. They will also discuss the best practices that can be adopted by companies, the market and segments.
Debate on Brazilian agroeconomics
The Andav 2023 Congress Plenary will feature a program to debate the central theme Brazilian Agroeconomics: a look to the future. There will be about fifteen content events, including panels, lectures, forum and talk show, which will have the participation of more than 40 specialists from the agro, economics, finance, law, agronomy, research, marketing and communication sectors, including government authorities. , CEOs, company owners and directors, presidents and representatives of sectorial entities, academic professors and doctors, economists, lawyers, journalists and rural producers.
The main meeting for the distribution of agricultural inputs is scheduled between the 8th and 10th of August 2023 and will bring together more than 160 brands, which will present the trends of this market and the main launches, products and technologies to meet the demands for productivity and efficiency in the Brazilian rural properties, aiming at a sustainable and quality production. The expectation is to receive at least 10 thousand professionals, among speakers, exhibitors, congressmen and visitors.
