Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir Abdollahian said, on Wednesday, that the Iraqi ambassador to Tehran was summoned to the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs after the Iraqi authorities used a “fake term,” as he described it, instead of the term “Persian Gulf,” adding: “We reflected the sensitivity of the Iranian people.” towards using the exact and complete term for the Persian Gulf to the Iraqi side,” according to what was reported by the Iranian news agency “IRNA”.
