The Minister of Housing stated that the offering comes in light of the approval of the Board of Directors of the New Urban Communities Authority, on the permanent availability of small residential plots of land at all levels, for immediate reservation through the website designated for reservation (with the aim of providing plots of land for citizens wishing to build their own housing, permanently). Easy, without any precedence (to enter the site, transfer the seriousness of the reservation, or reserve the plot of land).
The minister pointed out that the third offering includes 522 plots of land, distributed among the various housing axes as follows: 38 plots of land in the most exclusive land axis in cities (New Cairo – Obour – New Mansoura), in addition to 155 plots of land in the distinct land axis, in cities (Al-Shorouk – October Gardens – New Salhia – New Burj Al Arab – New Fayoum – New Beni Suef), in addition to 329 plots of land in the middle lands axis, in cities (Sadat – New Burj Al Arab – New Tiba – New Aswan – New Nasser – West Qena – New Akhmim ).
Dr. Walid Abbas, Assistant Minister of Housing and supervisor of his office, said: The steps for reserving the offered plots of land, which will take place starting from Tuesday, August 22nd for a period of two months until October 21st, by entering the reservation website (to view the available plots of land in each axis, And download the conditions brochure for the axis of the offering in which the citizen wishes to book.
The Assistant Minister of Housing added: Those wishing to make a reservation create a new account (for new clients), and fill in the required data such as (the national number – the name from the national ID card – the email – the mobile number – the current address), then choose the axis and the city in which to book. , choosing the location, and clicking on the word details, to show him a list of all the available plots of land (sketches – a detailed table), then he completes the rest of the reservation procedures described in detail on the site, including (insert the payment currency for the remainder of the price of the land for the most distinguished plots of land – insert the completion rate For the rest of the price of the land for the axes of the privileged and medium plots of land), and until the issuance of the reservation form that includes all the data and options listed by the knowledge of the confiscator, and it is signed and attached after signing to the website, as well as the attachment of the payment receipt of the seriousness of the reservation and the study fees.
Dr. Walid Abbas pointed out that the website will allow bookers to know the number of those wishing to reserve each piece of land during the opening period of the reservation door, and that in the event of crowding on one piece of land in the axis of the most distinguished plots of land, reference will be made to the payment currency, which is given preference for payment. In US dollars (transfer from abroad or from within, provided that 60 days have passed since depositing it in the bank), while the privileged and medium plots of land will be referred to the highest percentage of completion for the remainder of the price of the plot of land, and in the event of equality, the public lottery will be resorted to between the two barriers.
He stressed that the confiscators will not be able to modify the desire, or modify any of the payment currency, or the percentage of completing the price of the land, after the reservation and payment of the seriousness value specified for each axis, which amounts to 350,000 pounds for the most exclusive plots of land, 100,000 pounds for the privileged plots of land, and 25,000 pounds for the plots. The middle lands, and the choices specified by the confiscators regarding (payment currency – percentage of completion) will remain blocked until the end of the confiscation period, and once the confiscation period ends, a decision will be made through the authority, and the confiscators will be informed of the result of examining the applications through e-mail, within days of Closing the reservation door, in preparation for launching the next reservation.
Dr. Walid Abbas explained that the second offering of the “Maskan” program, during the period from (3/16/2023: 5/15/2023), included 481 plots of land, and the reservation rate for plots of land in the axes (Al-Mumayaz – Al-Mustawasat) reached about 100% of the plots. The plots of land offered, while the percentage of land allocated in the most exclusive axis amounted to about 50% of the plots offered, 11% of which will be supplemented by its value in US dollars.
