A spectacular milestone in the world of modern entertainment is being created at Habsburgergasse 10 in the city: With the Immersium Vienna, Austria’s first immersive experience museum opens doors to other worlds.
On three floors with 1,100 square meters of space, Vienna’s youngest museum offers adventures for all ages and 360-degree experiences for the whole family and school classes. The first exhibition “Jurassic – The Immersive Experience” will be dedicated to the fascination of dinosaurs from October 12th. Thanks to over 50 laser video projectors, 120 sound tracks and audiovisual installations, visitors can get closer to the kings of prehistoric times in digital form than ever before.
Interactive show brings animals to life
The 60-minute experience brings the animals to life, invites you to interact and allows you to learn a lot regarding the prehistoric giants. From digitally digging fossils to feeding raptors, there’s plenty to do. The highlight is the 15-minute immersive show “Jurassic – The Gathering”, which shows the dinosaurs in their natural environment in a visually stunning spectacle. Info: immersium.com
