INVESTMENTS IN INDUSTRY AND IN
HEALTH FOR A TOTAL OF 180 MDH
LAUNCH OF CONSTRUCTION OF THE EXTENSION OF A FACTORY RENTED BY FAURECIA IN ATLANTIC FREE ZONE FOR AN INVESTMENT OF NEARLY MAD 130 MILLION
Immorente Invest continues its investment program and diversification of its portfolio and invests nearly 130 MMAD in the construction of an extension of a factory in the industrial acceleration zone of Kénitra. The project, whose delivery is scheduled for Q4 2024, will cover an area of nearly 9,000 m².
The construction of this factory, entrusted to the Moroccan manufacturer TGCC, will be carried out as part of a built-to-suit operation on behalf of the automotive supplier Faurecia, through a long-term rental contract.
MAKING AN INVESTMENT IN THE HEALTH SECTOR THROUGH THE OPCI SYHATI IMMO FOR AN AMOUNT OF 50 MDH
Immorente invests 50 MDH in the OPCI SYHATI IMMO to accommodate a first investment in the health segment, thus diversifying its portfolio.
The OPCI SYHATI IMMO, specialized in health real estate, supports the walls of existing clinics and those to be built in several cities in the kingdom. The premises of these clinics are rented by Akdital and its subsidiaries through long-term leases.
These two investments are added to the existing real estate portfolio to reach a total investment of nearly MAD 1,100 million. Following this operation, the breakdown of investments by segment is as follows: Industry 53%, offices 38%, retail 5% and health 5%.
