A 23-year-old man from Ontario was arrested for impaired driving following having had a head-on collision with another vehicle on Sunday evening in the Sainte-Brigitte-de-Laval sector.
The facts occurred around 6:30 p.m., on Sainte-Brigitte Avenue. The driver at fault collided with another vehicle coming in the opposite direction.
Fortunately, the accident did not cause any serious injuries. The driver and his two passengers refused ambulance transport.

The other driver escaped without injury.
The 23-year-old driver was arrested for impaired driving. Furthermore, he did not have his driving documents in his possession and his vehicle was not equipped with the appropriate tires for the season.
The suspect was released on bail. He will be charged with impaired driving and other charges might be added.
