Implementation of the pension reform: is the September 1 deadline realistic?

This is one of the points passed under the radar: the date of application of the new rules for future retirees. Specified in black and white in the text of the law, next September 1 will be the big day of the entry into force of the pension reform. Subject to the decisions of the Constitutional Council expected this Friday.
