Implenia wins a mandate for the Toulouse metro

Zurich (awp) – The construction group Implenia has won a tender with Demathieu Bard Construction for the construction of a gallery for the future line C of the Toulouse metro.

The mandate granted to the Zurich company is estimated at 166 million euros (a little less in Swiss francs), or half of the total.

Scheduled to last 57 months, the construction site must link Colomiers to Labège by the end of 2028 and includes in particular the drilling of a tunnel nearly four kilometers long below a densely populated urban area, Implenia said in a press release on Monday.
