Al-Marsad newspaper: The Real Estate Development Fund announced today (Wednesday) the deposit of 868 million riyals in the accounts of “sakani” beneficiaries for the month of August; From the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, and the Real Estate Fund.
The CEO of the fund, Mansour bin Madi, explained that the total support for this month was allocated to support the profits of subsidized real estate financing contracts.
He pointed out that the total amount deposited in the accounts of Sakani beneficiaries since the announcement of the transformation program in June 2017 until August 2022 amounted to about 40 billion riyals.
He showed that diversifying the housing support programs into more solutions and options; It raises the percentage of ownership to 70% and provides housing and financing solutions, by building supporting regulations and legislation, so that the beneficiaries can own the first home according to their needs and financial capabilities.
