The Thursday March 14of 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.participate in this webinar by free access on battery modeling with COMSOL Multiphysics® simulation software. The software’s unique multiphysics modeling capabilities make it the ideal tool for efficiently designing thermal management systems, reducing costs and development times while facilitating the integration of batteries into their operating environment.

Goals :

The Battery Design module offers dedicated tools for building detailed models of cells and battery packs, involving physical phenomena such as electrochemistry and transport of species within the cell, heat transfer at the scale of the cell and pack, the flow of fluids in the cooling system or the mechanics of the different components. Discharge-recharge cycles, aging and other processes associated with the operation of battery systems can also be studied.

In this webinar, we will present the modeling capabilities of COMSOL Multiphysics® and will see how multiphysics simulation allows us to accurately model the behavior of cells and battery packs, in order to design and size optimized thermal management systems.
