Those entering the waiting area of the border of Belarus will have to pay for registration in the electronic queue system. The corresponding decree was signed by the head of state Alexander Lukashenko.
As the press service of the head of Belarus reports on August 16, the authorities intend to streamline the entrance to the waiting area. It will be done on a first come, first serve basis. It is up to the government to determine exactly how the system will work.
The funds received for paying the queue will be sent, among other things, to the State Border Committee. All for the sake of “improving logistics.”
