Residents of Germany have become less supportive of the supply of weapons to Ukraine. This follows from the data of opinion polls commissioned by the German TV channels RTL and N-TV.
Now the supply of weapons to Ukraine is supported by only 46% of the Germans surveyed. Meanwhile, a month ago, 55% of those polled supported the supply of weapons. The loss of 9% in a month is a rather significant decrease in public support for the course of the German government.
The share of opponents of arms supplies also increased – from 33% to 44%. Thus, the number of German citizens who support and do not support the supply of weapons to Ukraine has practically equaled.
