Approval of draft agreements for the transfer of persons sentenced to deprivation of liberty, an agreement for cooperation in combating crime, and a memorandum of understanding on cooperation in combating illicit trafficking in narcotics, psychotropic substances and chemical precursors between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

Approval of the indicative model of a cooperation agreement in the field of combating illicit trafficking in narcotics, psychotropic substances and chemical precursors and their smuggling between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the governments of other countries, and authorizing His Royal Highness the Minister of Interior – or his representative – to negotiate with the governments of other countries regarding a draft cooperation agreement in the field of Combating illicit trafficking in narcotics, psychotropic substances and chemical precursors and their smuggling between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the governments of other countries, signing it, and then submitting the final signed copy, to complete the legal procedures.

Authorizing His Excellency the Minister of Tourism – or his representative – to discuss with the Jamaican side a draft memorandum of understanding in the field of tourism between the Ministry of Tourism in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Tourism in Jamaica, to sign it, and then submit the final signed copy, to complete the regulatory procedures.

Fourthly:
Approval of a cooperation agreement between the Ministry of Tourism in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the World Tourism Organization to develop human capabilities through e-learning.

Fifthly:
Approval of a memorandum of understanding between the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the government of the State of Kuwait for cooperation in the field of direct investment promotion.

Sixthly:
Approval of a draft declaration of intent between the Ministry of Finance in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Development in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and authorizing His Excellency the Minister of Finance – or his representative – to negotiate with the British side in this regard, and sign it.

Seventh:
Authorizing His Excellency the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Food and Drug Authority – or his representative – to discuss with the Malaysian side a draft memorandum of cooperation between the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Government of Malaysia in the field of mutual recognition of halal certificates for local products, sign it, and then upload the final signed copy, to complete regular procedures.

Eighth:
Approving the final account of the Saudi Industrial Development Fund for a previous fiscal year.

Ninth:
Appointing Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Haqbani, Abdullatif bin Saleh Al-Sheikh, Faisal bin Marzouq Al-Fahadi, and Eng. Abdulmohsen bin Fahd Al-Muzaini as representative members of the Federation of Saudi Chambers of Commerce among businessmen related to the work of the Food and Drug Authority, and renewing the membership of Dr. / Fahd bin Ibrahim Al-Janobi as a member One of the specialists in the field of medicine, and Dr. Salah bin Muhammad Al-Eid is a member of the food specialists in the Board of Directors of the Food and Drug Authority.

– Hamoud bin Ghannam bin Hammoud Al-Kaaid to the position of (Information Technology Adviser) at rank (15) at the Ministry of Defense.
– Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Ahmed Al-Aqeel is promoted to the position of (financial advisor) at rank (14th) at the Ministry of Finance.

The Cabinet also reviewed a number of general topics on its agenda, including annual reports of the Ministry of Health, the General Presidency of the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and the Prevention of Vice, and the General Corporation of King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre, and the Council took the necessary measures regarding these issues.
