Mariana Mazza was treated to quite a surprise on Sunday evening when she learned that she had won the prestigious Olivier of the Year award at the Gala Les Olivier.

If Pierre-Yves Roy-Desmarais was the king of the evening, harvesting three olive trees during the award ceremonyit was Mariana Mazza who won the prestigious trophy for comedian of the year.
However, the latter was not present, and therefore learned that she was winning live from her living room, while she was watching the gala. She therefore spoke on the networks, a few minutes later, completely in shock at her victory. It is a Mariana in tears, both touching and authentic, who addressed her subscribers to express her gratitude to them, but also to explain the reason for her absence.
Currently on tour with his new show Rude… Forgive me if I love you, the comedian was simply exhausted from his recent shows and preferred to rest before his next dates rather than going to the Gala Les Olivier. She also confides that honestly, she thought she had only a tiny chance of winning, considering all the other names who were nominated in the same category as her.
