Authorities confirmed that 10 alleged assassins of La Familia Michoacana were killed this morning, after clashing with elements of the state and federal forces in the municipality of Texcaltitlán, belonging to the southern zone of the State of Mexico.
According to official reports, the events occurred this morning in a property located in the community of Palo Amarillo, where a joint operation was carried out to arrest a possible criminal; nevertheless, upon arrival they were greeted with bullets by various people.
The agents of the Attorney General of the State of Mexico, Secretary of State Security, as well as the National Guard, Sedena and the Navy they repelled the aggression.
after the confrontation confirmed that 10 peopleapparently related to the criminal organization La Familia Michoacana, were killed on the spot.
It was also reported that seven people were arrestedof which four were injured; meanwhile, for their part, the authorities reported three officers injured, but not seriously.
The detainees were transported in a special vehicle from the FGJEM to the Public Ministry, where their legal situation will be defined.
The area remains cordoned off while the corresponding expert reports are carried out, including there are helicopters flying overhead to identify possible reactions from the criminal group.
